Tailor made Ceremony

This package includes a one to two-hour face to face meeting with you both to enable me to craft a ceremony unique to you, catering to all of your wants. I will send you a reflection questionnaire prior to the meeting which will help me to create your love story, a reflection on each other and the legalities/readings/blessings.  This ceremony is unique to you and sets the scene for the evening ahead, i.e. relaxed, fun, formal, the ceremony is in ‘your words’.  I give you lots of ideas on the ceremony and assist you writing your vows.

I will be available at any time to work together, including another face to face catch up a couple of weeks before your big day for any last minute advice or changes. Finally this package includes a rehearsal, the officiating of your day and all the other paper work that needs to be done.

I spend as much time as you need with me from the point of you confirming me as your celebrant to the big day itself. 

Total time 12 - 15 hours. I do not charge for travel time.

Elopement /
simple Ceremony

This includes a face to face meeting to establish rapport and offer tips, tricks, advice. 

The contemporary ceremony is scripted by my creativity. You choose your vows, with a little bit of help from me (the vows are what tends to cause the most angst among couples). There is no rehearsal, you turn up on the day, it’s stress free and I officiate your ceremony. Before you know it you may kiss your bride or groom, I send off the paperwork and you are officially married. The perfect option for small and intimate ceremonies.

An elopement/simple ceremony costs $250.

Registry ceremony

If you are looking to get married in the registry office, from February 2020 registry ceremonies are now officiated by a Verified Celebrant of the Celebrants Association and is approved by Births, Deaths & Marriages (BDM). I am one of those Celebrants. You turn up with your two witnesses. I officiate the ceremony from a set script from BDM. It is very easy and I have a few perfect spots around Wellington that this could take place. Far nicer than the traditional registry office.

A registry ceremony costs $90.
