I’m passionate about my role as an inclusive marriage and funeral celebrant and feel privileged to be part of your special day. I have been a celebrant for nearly 10 years and I still get a buzz with every wedding I do. I truly love what I do and testimonials illustrate this. I trained through the Celebrant School in Auckland. I’m a verified member of Celebrants Aotearoa and was on their National Executive team from 2019-2021.
The feedback from couples I marry is that I’m professional, relaxed, organised, helpful, and calming with a sense of humour. I’m also the one that is there to tackle any unforeseen situations and have been known to wipe away spiders’ webs, remove sheep droppings and more. I’ve been thanked numerous times for being a wedding planner on the side.
When I’m not part of a couples special day I work in organisational development, and spend time giving back to the community. I’ve started writing my second manuscript, love being with family and friends and of course my fur babies. My happy place is in nature and in or beside the sea.
